- Tim Owns Tararua Realty Ltd a local Real estate company. Manawatu raised ,a local boy. Tara his wife and 4 children occupy a lifestyle home on the outskirts of Palmerston North. Tim also owns NZ Dairy Farm Sales Ltd a specialist real estate company dedicated to selling Dairy ( cow ) farms in New Zealand. Tararua Realty runs a property management and investment division ,As well as a projects department dedicated primarily to land and residential house developement. Tim sits on the local school board , coaches kids sports and attempts to participate in sport & fun activities when time allows. He is addicted to coffee , has passion for kids involvement in sports , and you can find him wandering around the garden with a coffee in hand watching the trees grow. Tim has attended University on and off, with Massey in the Neighbourhood , he has recieved a few diplomas in Agriculture and Business Studies, And you can always find 3-4 opened , currently being read books scattered around the house.
